Refunds & Returns:

All orders can be cancelled and refunded without a fee within 48 hours of you (the buyer) placing the order. After 48 hours, cancellations are subject to a 30% fee on the entire order. If your item(s) have already shipped, you (the buyer) are responsible for all return shipping costs.

All products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibility of you (the buyer). Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed to be free of any damage by our supplier. There typically is a 15% restocking fee for all products. *Custom orders are non-refundable.*

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Damages:

When your delivery arrives, please inspect the packaging before signing for it. If you notice that the packaging has been damaged, it it highly important that note this on the bill of lading before you sign for the delivery. This will ensure that you are fully covered for any shipping or concealed damage issues. If damages were not noted, we cannot assist with any concealed damage claims. Failure to report damage to your items according to this protocol will result in waiving your right to claim shipping insurance.

After removing the packaging, if you discover that your item(s) were damaged, please send photos promptly to returns@builttoplaygames.com. We will then process an insurance claim on your behalf.
